Friends and Family DO NOT order anything from this company. In June 2017, I ordered a custom bedroom set for my "new” house. I was fine with the delivery date of 84-125 business days. The order was to arrive at my house on January 4, 2018. The date came and went. On 7Jan, I emailed the company. On 22Jan, they responded saying they were behind on orders and my order would be ready soon. That same day I emailed them asking for a rough estimate on when my product would be done. On 08Feb I received a response thanking me for my patience. I responded on 10Feb stating that they didn’t answer my question and that if they couldn’t answer my question I’d like a refund. (No Response) On 21Feb, I messaged them asking for a refund and still no response. This company’s customer service skills are severely lacking and at this point I feel as though I’ve been ripped off! It has been 9 months since I placed my order!
