I was auto insurance shopping and when I came across Root insurance. I put all of my information in and once I paid it and pulled the information I noticed it pulled the wrong car through the data base for this address. I know this because when I called in to find out what I need to do to get this fixed and Lance told me that it sometimes does this. He told me I needed to send in details of this issue. 

I received an email asking how my call was to Lance and I sent back the issues. All done on the same day. December 21, 2020

 I was told to get information on my moms actual ins and the information for the Root insurance from Jennifer , I send this to her  12/22/20 12:17

Then I went back and forth with her then I was sent to another guy, Quinn A. How many people are they going to send me to until they actually take care of me.

I just want my full amt for reimbursement. I sent in everything they requested yet they still can not get me the rest of my money. This has gone on now for 2 years  I have emails dating up to 5/2021.

Still not resolved.

I feel like this business is not about taking care of their customers nor helping the ones that their system messed them up into paying them. What are they doing with my MONEY?

I would just be very causious if you go onto their website and try to do a quote, their system has issues.

I have sent in all my information they ever requested and I have proof. Why did they never take care of me????.
