Complaint Review: Rooms to go

I had purchased a kitchen table, 5 chairs and 3 barstools, along with a sectional leather couch from Rooms to go in Boca Raton, FL.  I was not going to purchase the particular kitchen set and barstools because of the light fabric color on the chairs (I have 3 young children).  The particular sales person I had, said it was not a problem because the chairs are treated and stains repel off of them, in addition I could purchase the protection plan which would replace the items if they did have a stain that couldn't be removed.  

Well, needless to say, I was convinced this set could work.  I called RTG after I noticed a few stains would not come out no matter how hard I tried. My leather couch even became discolored after a soda bottle was left on it.  Someone came out, spray pained my burgundy leather brown, and of course, could not get the stain out of the chair.  In addition, after trying to get stains out of the other chairs caused an enormous water stain from the solution after they dried.  

He left, I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, called back, and they said they would replace two items.  I proceded to explain what happened after he tried to clean the other chairs and they said they did not have any chairs left and I would have to get them professsionaly cleaned and they would reimburse me for $30!  Don't buy the protection plan from rooms to go!
