I had to come from Wyoming to Los Angeles on business. I needed to visit the ER, and upon entering the emergency facility, two security guards began to search my bag. They removed my winter thermal gloves that were badly needed for Wyoming's winter weather, and not a bad idea for Los Angeles at night.

I don't appreciate them taking my gloves. Furthermore, the doctors in the emergency room asked me if I was IV drug user, because I have arthritis in my spine, and a hernia dislocation in my lower spine. There have been numerous imaging taking of my spine, my diagnosis is on record. I never ask for narcotic drugs when I go to the emergency room, as I cannot tolerate them. I ask for a heating pad and pain patch.

I am very disaapointed in the treatment I received from this hospital and will never return to Los Angeles, California.
