I purchased the "Sample Run" from Rocky Mountain Papers on May 17th of 2018. I had artwork finalized and proofs approved on May 26th. Ordering was easy, and they were interested in getting payment right away so they could go to press. This is when it all went to hell. Followed up on 6/20 as i was told three weeks production - no response. Again on 6/27 I followed up and was informed their OVERSEAS facility installed a new gumming machine that delayed all orders. Fine, but notify your customers.

Then I was solicited to invest in the American facility that is to be built (NOWHERE NEAR SOON). I then wasn't given an update on delivery time until reaching out on 7/25, and was promised a personal follow up by the President/Director of Global Operations. No response. Followed up 8/3, was told i'd get an updated delivery time on Wednesday.

Reached out that Wednesday, 8/8 and was "assured shipping by month's end (everything is working properly), but I am trying to buy time on the packager for next week. I think I can get it done then." Sent a follow up on 8/29 that is unanswered, and as of yesterday 9/13 have not heard from an additional follow up. I paid $3,000 to a company that the BBB doesn't even have a listing for in Sarasota, FL anymore.

I will personally pursue them to warn all customers about doing business with them in any way. It's been 111 days since approving artwork. UPDATE: 127 days in, owner has not responded to repeated emails in the last 20 days and the BBB in Nevada has not received a response from the business. UPDATE 2: It is now November, repeatedly ignored by company. BBB got a response saying they'd fill my order, i'm opening the case again. 169 days and counting.
