Complaint Review: Rocco Sebastiani Colosseo Construction Atlantic City Hotel

Vendors Beware.   You may deliver products or service to him or his companies that he will use and consume and benefit from knowledge of without paying for. 

Rocco Sebastiani of Colosseo Construction hired our small but highly expert glass & glazing engineering company to perform calculations on the Atlantic City Hotel project.   He signed a quote for $19,940 on 11/9/20.  Our engineers begain the project with pre-engineering analysis that was delivered on 1/29/21.   The project stalled so he's refusing the pay the $2991.00 that he owes for the work completed and he's become bilegerant.

We documented several calls, emails where he promised to pay on specific dates but never did.  Our team was patient, nice and understanding with him during the collection process. Then months with no return phone calls or response.  In the end, he became beligerant and obtuse.   

Upon further conversation and email documentation with other service providers, it seems he's not paid other bills on this project either.
