Complaint Review: Robert Roche/ 3D digital media

We called he never spoke of payment methods to me. He discuseed on who I will be working with and what kind of website he wanted. He sent me documents of FDA approved guidelines for his product for it to be displayed on the website.

I asked him about the payment he said he would pay me every week. However, when asking about the contract agreement over the phone he sounded hesitant as if it was not needed. 

I did some digging before proceeding to more work to find out the guy uses the same location and name for every scam.
