Complaint Review: Robert Bilovesick

I purchasd a 2003 911 Carrera from IMS Motor Sports via Robert Bilovesick broker. I asked Robert at the time if the car had been in any major accidents, he said no, just one minor rear end backing up into a pole reported on 12.22.06. He showed me a carfax drawn by Ocean Honda that reflected this. The carfax also showed that the car has no problems or history as a total loss, liens, etc. I just ran my own carfax on the car on 12.10.17 as am going to sell and now see a revised carfax that shows the car was reported as a total loss in 2.28.07 by the insurance company. Robert and IMS are crooks. They knew this car was totaled and sold it to me. Do not do business with these crooks - they will sell you dishonest cars and screw you. They provided a fake carfax and knowingly sold the car. They are frauds - stay away!

In addition, I have been hounding them to get me a second key as the fob does not work. They made me pay for a duplicate title, which I did years ago and they have to release this information to Suncoast porsche and payment to cut me another key and get my electronic locks working. They know that the electronic locks dont work due to that total loss - been covering up and do not answer my calls. I have documentation for all of this and will be pursuing action. Dont let them screw you too!
