I have been a GREAT customer of Roamans since 2010. I bought my daughter a pair of pajamas for Christmas. They shipped Nov 1, 2018. When she opened them on Dec 24, 2018, she held them up and told me they would swallow her. She never tried them on.

I returned them in their original package after Christmas for an exchange. Roamans refused to accept the return because they said it was over their 60 day return time. They allow no extra time for early Christmas shoppers. THEY CANNOT TELL ME WHEN I RETURNED THEM NOR WHEN THEY RECEIVED THEM and although the 60 day return window falls from the time they SHIP them to me, there return window states it ends by the time THEY RECEIVE AND PROCESS THEM!!!

I have cancelled my Premium Charge card for both Roamans and their sister company
