RMS Rental Maintenance Services Evicted me based on a false police report Portland Oregon
After reporting neighbors to CPS/DHS for alleged child neglect, those same neighbors phoned the police and reported that I had opened my front door and commanded my dog to attack their 3 year old child, and called the police to report this event. IT NEVER HAPPENED! RMS evicted me without doing any investigation or even asking me about this made up event. These same neighbors turned out to have 12 felony convictions between the two of them and yet RMS allowed them to rent an apartment. These neighbors would drink and smoke crack outside their front door with one of the RMS maintenance workers. (They obviously do not drug test their employees) I have filed a civil suit against RMS and will take them to the cleaners!
