Complaint Review: Riverbend Hand Car Wash

Went to this business on 2/27/18 for a detail using the gift card my daughter purchesed directly from this business December 2016.

When i went to pick up the car they said they would not honor the gift card and said they did not accept them for 15 years! Owner said he bought the business 2 years ago and woul dnot accept it.  I said my daughter bought the card the previous year no way was it 15 years!  he said no. would give me a discount but that was best he can do.

Prices at the business are different than their web side you must argue with them to get web site prices.

We are out the $100 my daughter spent for the gift card xmas present to me.

Owner does not care and could care less about customer service. This place was once so niec and service oriented. It is not what it used to be.
