Last year I purchased my first Violin. The violin I purchased in the picture from VStore.com website was grey and I assumed that was the one that I would get because there were two choices.

One was Maple brown and the other grey. To my dismay not only did I receive the VIolin 2 days late. THe bow was loose and not playable at all, It was missing a bridge, it was Maple and not grey, and when it was shipped to me it was in a box that was busting from its seams and had very little newspaper for cushioning!

I returned the item back to Vstore right after I received it. I complained in EMails several times about my dismay as a consumer and paying customer and recieved no reply until I threatened not to "lay low" and then they told me to send in the invoice from my shipping slip when I sent the item back.

I sent them all the information that I could find and ever since then I have not heard from them or received a refund for the violin that I Returned.

I am til this day very upset about my purchase as I had created my own stores through them as well and they still treated me like I never purchased the Violin.

I lost $94.00 + SHipping and Handling when I shipped it back! So it was over $100.00!

THis is really frustrating to me and I wanted to warn everyone who sees this that the Vstore is not a reliable source to buy anything from.

I am not backing down and I am going to spread the word on its awful service. If you have any other reports about them I want to hear about them so please send me a response. THank You,
Nena
