Ripped Off By Sears And Roebuck !
We bought a washer from Sears in October . Last week, it stopped running , with a full load of wet , soapy flannel sheets . We called Sears Repair ,and the guy told us we needed a timer -he had a motor in the van , but no timer !They are to replace the timer in two days . We asked Sears to bring us a new washer ,as we are concerned that we have purchased a "Lemon" They refused ..we are upset , because we had to take all of our dirty laundry , including the load of wet flannel sheets , to a laundromat in the closest city to our home to wash all our clothes ,when we have a nearly new disfunctional washer at home ! We asked that they at least give us an extended Maintenance agreement free of charge , since we are concerned about this product ! IT is false advertising , Sears says "The Customer is Always Satisfied !" Sincerely, Leslie J. Luce .

No where does it say "customer is always satisfied" I believe the creed is "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" Can you honestly say that Sears would not give your money back if you weren't satisfied?
