I have been trying to tell First Union
that I have been ripped by them and their former employee
I have notified their customer advocate by phone and by mail.I have not received any response instead they transfered the loan to another company.

I feel that I should not be obligated to this loan
because there is a third party to the deed.
I was deceived by the price and also by who the grantor
was.I do not own this property.I was deceived by closing
attorney,real estate agent,and seller.

My attorney told my wife and I that Susan Jones had signed
off on the title in the closing attorney's office.
This was done after we had closed on the home because
she was only supposed to be the loan officer, not a seller
Susan now lives in my house that they took in this transaction.
My house at 105 woodbrook drive was suppoosed to be rented out to qualify me for the one at 175 wodbrook dr.
Ms mattison, president of woodbrook inc was responisible for renting the home out.

She had presented First Union with a signed lease
from a renter prior to closing the loan.
Ms Mattison told me that the house could not be rented
I beleived there was never a tenate because a renter can't get out a signed lease unless the house was considred by a health inspector to be non liveable.

there was nothing wrong with this house. It was in perfect condition. The house that we bought should have been condem.
They had us living in this house before we had actually moved in to prevent a VA inspection.I have a letter from va stating that the reason they didn't inspect because it was a pre-exsisting dwelling.

Ms Mattison told me a few days after closing that the renter backed out and that I could either let her take over or
mess my credit up and let it become a repo.
I had no other choice but to let her take it.
I couldn't afford two homes. I really couldn't afford the one I had been forced to purchased.

A few month ago I sent a letter to First Union's CEO
thinking that I would get some results what a mistake.
I dont think this case will ever go anywhere with this
lawyer I have. He is city council for this county.
