Reverb.com Received a new guitar advertised as a vintage guitar. Was unable to get refund through seller. Customer service is unresponsive. KAYSVILLE UT

I bought a (supposedly) vintage circa 1962 classical guitar. I had it appraised by an expert and he said it was a new guitar. Tried to contact the seller for a refund within the specified time period and received no response.

Tried to chat with an agent on Reverb for assistance but have only been successful in chatting with a bot. They keep messaging that we are waiting on a live agent but the live agent never gets online.
