I paid $904 for James Peter's 2 sale my timeshare in Orlando, Fla. I contact Mr Peter's and he first said he had a interested party right after I signed. Well months and months went by w/out a word. After 4 months I contacted him. Nothing was in the plans for my timeshare. I finally traded it off and asked for my $$$ back. They refused 2 even give me back a 1 penny. Don't listen 2 them. Seller was on the market with us roughly 90 days with her Hilton timeshare. After visiting Hilton's sales center on a vacation they got her again, she decided to UPGRADE and transfer her existing membership to a new location with more points and thousands of dollars more along with 2 times the yearly dues from  what she had.Contacted me and said she had sold it and wanted to be refunded for the marketing fee which if she had actually done so would have been done immediately.

She then explained that she upgraded with Hilton and not actually sold the timeshare and that she wanted us to reimburse her after 3 months of marketing and working on her timeshare she initially was adamant she wanted to sell.Bottom line is Barbara fell into another timeshare sales pitch with Hilton and was talked into buying/upgrading yet again and expected us to reimburse her.I went as far as to tell her what she bought/upgraded into wasn't logical as she wasn't using the first package however "THEY SOLD HER".She wanted to keep it so I explained the best I could do was leave the door open if/when she decided to sell her "great" new package and we would bring it on at no cost.
