Complaint Review: Renzo’s Cafe & Pizzaria

All of the one star reviews are spot-on. This place is a total ripoff and they make mistakes on your bill (intentionally?) and then refuse to issue a credit to your cc for the overcharge. Had to call my cc bank to dispute the amount that they tried to steal from me. Never again. Dump. UPDATE: Lorenzo just responded to my review so here is my response to his response. I blocked you because you are rude, arrogant, and condescending, and you try to talk over people just like your other reviewers claim. So many one star reviews lately indicates that your business model is failing because you are an entitled brat who insults customers regularly and you inherited this restaurant and your behavioral traits from your mother and grandfather. I know this for sure. You are a spoiled brat. YOU never contact ME again, got that?? My bank, TD Bank, has disputed the overcharge (mistaken overcharges are always in YOUR favor and not the customers, right?) and they will FORCE the money out of your account and back into mine. You will also incur a penalty fee from your merchant account which should be about $25 or $30. EXTRA PASTA? WHY? TO COMPENSATE FOR YOUR INTENTIONALLY SMALL PORTIONS??? $16.00! SALADS THAT BARELY CONTAIN A FEW GREENS AND TWO APPLE SLICES??? RENZO’S IS A STINKING GREASEBALL DUMP!!! You will be out of business before long you unappreciative little spoiled brat.
