This company has a HUGE mark up. Their products are made in China and sold at 600-700% of cost. Additionally, you can find equal or better chairs at half the price. However, that is not my main complaint. I bought a desk chair for $1500. Yes call me stupid. I expected the thing to last forever and if I had a problem it would be under warranty. WRONG!.

The fabric on the chair started coming unraveled in year 2. The main pin holding the chair to the base came out and I ended up on the floor. FUNNY! Understand these are franchises and of course the franchise I bought my chair from was long gone. So I tracked these scum bags to Canada where I spent months sending photos to some little girl who answered the phone. Essentially they said too bad and offered to send me a new pin. I told them I am not a machinist and what they should do with their pin.

RELAX YOUR BACK should go the way of Sharper Image and they charge 10X what their product is worth, they have no Customer Service, they do not honor warranties and they could pretty much care less that you spent $1500 on a $250 chair. SCAM and SCUM sucking Canadian company that imports everything from CHINA and gets fat off of a shitty business model that should have put them out of business years ago.

i have one of their office chairs and paid over $2,000 found their office chairs to be very high quality and their customer service excellent. your comments on markups are rediculos and over exaggerated.
