On August 3rd, I called AAA to tow my vehicle to Registered Chevrolet & RV Center since i had to leave for work. My initial complaints were ; A) The coach and crank batteries go dead after a short period of time B) RV would not drive over 55mph C) No lights on the left side of couch. On August 4th, John G, now deceased, callef to inform me the AAA driver refused to reinstall the drive shaft. Also on this day, Tech 42 reported the crank battery charged 20 to 40 milliamps and all outlets were operational. This same Tech replaced the fuel pump, and did the following: A) droppedthe fuel tank, B) added a new brake line, C) fuel line, D) fuel filter, and E) union (?). On August 29, 2016, my friend Randy and i went to pick up the RV. The RV was left outside the gates as the RV center closes at 5PM. Randy started the RV and in processes to take off noticed something was wrong. The RV stalled at the traffic light. Randy was able to get her started and began driving. He was driving on SR 50, approaching Mariner Blvd. when he appliex to brakes and noticed the RV didnt have brakes. Randy being a CDL driver knew what protocols to take to stop the vehicle from driving through a major intersection.

At approximately 7:30pm, Deputy Burburan assist and called for the Citizens patrol volunteers. I have written the RV Center on several occasions asking for their copy of the General Liability Insurance policy, Garage Keepers policy, and the Errors and Omissions policy witgin 15 days of receipt of my letter but failed to do so. Their responses each time was that i failed in not providing them specifics as to the services rendered. Lastly, on March 21, 2017, i reported to them that they failed in realizing i haf a fuel line leak that could have ignited at any given moment. What was not reported at that time was the inability to stop the vehicle after it was discovered that the Tech failed to add brake fluid into the master cylinder.

On April 3, 2017, they replied stating that the coach was not routinely maintained, they performed numerous services that were recommended but declined by the owners. And lastly, that my last letter failed to "specifically state what my problem is". Well, how much more specific could my letter be if i used the word 'ignited at any given moment'? Registered Chevrolet & RV Center know they were negligent and plainly refuse to correct the issue. The mere thought that 1) the vehicle cpuld have ignited in route is beyond words, 2) approaching a major intersection without brakes is also extremely alarming and yet the refuse to assist me or take responsibility for their actions. As creatures of the human race, this is beyond appalling and disgraceful! Justice will be serve, if not by me, most certainly my God!

One cannot build a liability case on what "could happen" when nothing did happen. The ONLY case you may have is their alleged failure to do what you paid for which could be handled in a small claims venue.
