I ordered a 90 supply of their "Fomula Vitalizer & Formula Booster at a cost of $148.80, which had a money back "no questions asked" guarantee.

After taking the pils for over six weeks, as prescribed,
I had no benefits whatsoever. I informed the inststute by FAX on Feb. 16, 2000 and they have chosen to egnore my request for my money back.SWFEI Product Fullfillment Center
