I ordered a reel spooler, and next day got an email from them, Telling me that due to high demand that they were experiencing slightly longer processing times.

I had no roblem with that, After waiting plenty of time i went on there store page and it said the longer times were 5 to 12 buisness days.

I purchased this on Tuesday December 29, 2020 , at 08:26 PM CST, at the end of there email it said any questions, reply to this email or contact us at  Sales@TheSmartFishingCo.com,

Its the second week in february , i replyed to the email 3 times last week,

sent 3 emails to the email address they sent, And even sent a text to the text message i recieved from them, and called the number the text message came from and got no answer, they have not responded to anything.
