Complaint Review: Redford Auto 10 Min Oil Change & Car Wash

Metro Detroit! Detroit! DO NOT VISIT THIS  Redford Auto 10 Min Oil Change & Car Wash, located at 25639 W Seven Mile Rd, Redford Charter Twp, MI 48240!

I thought I would give this place a chance, as a first-time customer. They are conveniently located near the CVS and other shops. I get into the oil change bay and I am immediately told that I need $300 worth of work on my car. Then I tell the attendant that I am not paying for this "much needed transmission service".

He then says"...well can you pay $225"? I mean really? Once my oil change is over, my debit cards are declined for the purchase of the oil change. YES... both of them.

Now why would I leave my home knowing I have no funds for the day's purchases? Some folks MAY DO THAT, but not me! SO NOW, I have to walk to the d**n CVS across the street, get cash to pay for this s**t service.

Then the dude wants to tell me that "...the issue stems from your card"... PLEASE I have been using these Chase debit cards ALL afternoon... the monies have come off the card flawlessly for EVERY OTHER PURCHASE THAT DAY.

DO NOT VISIT THIS SCAM OF A PLACE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. YOU WILL regret it. They upsell services, and work to scam you out of your hard-earned money. I will also be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. What a nightmare my Saturday turned into!
