Hi. I live in New York City, and I've been trying to get bottled beverages delivered to my elderly mom in Silver Spring, Md. Every time I've ordered from this company, we've had delivery problems, but this time it's escalated to a crazy level.

Two weeks ago I ordered a case of black cherry seltzer. It has not been delivered. What they delivered instead is a huge several-gallon jug of water, which we never ordered.

Every day we call, waiting on hold up to 40 minutes each time, and there's always a nice person on the phone to say they will make it right. The jug is still in my mom's hallway. She still has no seltzer. The deliverymen sneak into her building, never knock, and never get it right.

My mom, who has terminal lung disease, tried to chase after them today, but they drove away. This is a terrible company that should not be in business.
