The people working here are rude on the phone, if you sound black they hang up on you, Im not black, I opened the package and found scratches and old crumbs in the box, the instrument was obisously used the person we dealt with a Robert Berry was very rude and said we must have put the scratches, my son was heart broken, these people are the scum of the earth, we went to another supplier to get our instrument.
