I've had a similar experience with some of the previous posters over the last week, so far things are looking like I'll get my refund, but we'll see if they follow through.

11/25/07
** Ordered 3 day trial membership for $6.95.

11/27/07
** Cancelled membership. Received an email from Savannah Richards at the email address cancellation@razoreye.com shortly after sending it.

12/1/07
** Got up in the morning and set about balancing my checkbook, finding a pending charge (online banking) from Razoreye for $9.95.
** I immediately sent my (1st) email to support@razoreye.com, forwarding the email I'd received from Savannah Richards.
**At first they told me "OK, we've cancelled your membership now".
** I asked (2nd email) if they were also doing my refund (I'd already SHOWN them the error, right?).
** They said "We received your cancellation request on 12/01/07, 6 hours after we processed the charge. You're too late, the charges stand".
** I then (in my 3rd email) told them that I'd kept all my documentation including their stated policies regarding cancellation (which can be found on razoreye.support.com) and expected them to comply with those policies.

12/2/07
** In their next email I got "Then by all means please forward us all of the documentation with the original email and we will make the necessary adjustments." from Janet Delacroix. (just a tart, no?)
** I not only forwarded that cancellation email again (#4), but also replied and copy/pasted it into the reply (#5).

12/3/07
** The email said " have forwarded your email to my supervisor for her review for the refund. We do appreciate your patience and will reply to your email no later than 12/5/07."

12/4/07
** Today's email shows that according to their billing system, a refund has been issued.

Now........ I'm just watching to see if they follow through. I hope so, but as frustrating as it is, I had some fun being a b***h to those people. I see no way that it was a "mistake" that they didn't know Savannah had already supposedly cancelled my membership. It was one of those (too damm common) "if we bill them just once more, they won't fight it too hard". BS. They need to get their act together.

Ok. It's 12/7/07 and they DID make a refund to my account.

If you've had problems with this company, get as much documentation as you can. Be persistant. I hope everyone can get back what they deserve.

The charge that they took FROM me showed "pending" on my card almost immediately. Yet I'm still waiting on the refund to start showing pending. Hmmmmm
