In December 2020 I hired RML to handle a critical online campaign. They took my money and did nothing. They promised to launch the fundraising portion of the campaign over the holidays but then 'changed their minds' without my authorization. They never raised a dime, or built a website, or made a short documentary (2-3 minutes), which were significant portions of the contract which they utterly failed to complete. When I tried to get my money back thru my bank, RML lied and advised them they had completed their job. I'm still fighting them and the bank for the refund.
