Randall Buss Fraud? Selling horses he does not own. Freeport Illinois
I was notified that this man, Randall Russ, was offering a horse for sale that belongs to me. This horse is NOT for sale. The horse died two weeks ago.
Upon visiting his site, I found the picture of my horse for sale (using a different name and pedigree for the horse) and also a horse that belongs to a friend of mine.
