I too got taken by their high pressure sales for their vacation package last year. When I recieved the package and read the details, the vacation was twice as expensive then I was lead to believe and it was not all their sales people raved it was.

The $698.00 was only for one person. It's double if you take your spouse and the price keeps rising if you have to take the kids with you. This trip was quickly becoming extremly expensive! I tried many times to get a refund but had no luck.

However, I finally got a full refund! Any one wanting a refund should contact the Florida Division of Consumer Services. After writing to them, I received a full refund in a little over a mo.

You can find them on the web @ http://www.800helpfla.com/complaints.html

Fill out the complaint form in full and submit it. You'll get a confirmation letter in the mail shortly after. They say give them 60 to 90 days but I got a response much quicker. No argueing, no fuss. Just a quick letter telling them you haven't used the package, you can't it's too expensive, no where does it say no refunds so you just want your $ back.
