Complaint Review: Ramada Resorts Packages

Today has been a bad day because I took a phone call from the Ramada Resorts about the Cruise Package my husband purchased. First - my husband was suckered into buying their package deal. We only paid for part of it and we had $900 left to pay.

I was informed our vacation package had expired and to reinstate it I had to pay the remaining $900 or we would lose the money already paid and the vacation.

I talked to two people who did not help me at all. It was either pay the money or lose our money and the vacation. I kept telling them they needed to talk to my husband. They kept telling me if I didn't pay the remaining money when we hung up that would be the end. We'll see. I bet they keep calling to get the other $900. They will not get the remaining money. All he wanted was a credit card number.

I was unset and decided to look on the internet to see if I could find out any information about them. I found this site call Rip-Off Reports and read many reports about the Ramada Cruise Packages.

Thank you people for reporting your experiences. We may have lost some money but they'll not get anymore.
