Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts - Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale Vacations

I bought this vacation package about two years ago.(September 2007) I was told I was buying a 'luxury' vacation package. I was younger at the time of purchase, making me more vulnerable. It doesn't matter though, they were very deceptive about the facts of the trip. I haven't actually gone on the trip, but I have read review after review of how POOR the conditions of this trip actually are. A few months after purchasing the trip, I tried to call in for a refund, however I was told it was too late. I actually just recently made a reservation for this trip.  (I read the reviews just yesterday, 12/29/2009) after a few friends who were planning on going with me, did a little research. After being charged $800 for the trip,(September 2007) they charged me $330 in Port fees(per the Cruise part, returning to the US from the Bahamas), this was about a month ago, November 2009 when I called to make the reservations. I called today to say I wasn't going to go on the 'cruise' vacation of the trip, and asked them to refund my credit card the $330 in Port Fees(inluded port fees for 3 people). I was told I couldn't get that money back! I immediately called my CC company who immediately refunded me the money, and blocked the charges from 'Ramada Resorts'(which actually isnt' even affiliated with Ramada, so why Ramada allows this '3rd party' to sell under their name, I don't know.  I am determined to get a refund now, for the entire trip.  Anyone reading this, can you help direct me to get a refund?
