Rebuttal:

Im Just an employee who's been ripped off in excess of 10,000 Who can help. Unfortunately 90 percent of the stores are like that but not all. I will probably not be working there much longer but if you get ahold of me I will take care of your problem. The warrentys are as follows on speakers. 1 year manufact. warrenty for everything but the voice coil and

5 years on the voice coil. As long as there is no visable damage they should have replaced it with no questions asked in the first 30 days with cash/check/Item.

When they gave you the replacement they should just check it out for both your benifit and theirs alike. It sounds like you

paid full price on them and when they go on sale most likely they would be around 49.99. which leaves the following options.

1. Call their district manager and Let him know and since the cost of the speaker is under $50.00 the store will get a chewing out. (anything under $50 is supposed to be taken care of at store level-refunded or replaced.

2. Call 1-800-THE-Shac and ask to speak to costomer complaints/human services. Tell them as follows. "I bought a speaker for $80 and Under the assumption It was new took it home and found out that it was blown.

When you took it back you were refused a replacement and was made to feel like you were a lier and didnt deserve the common curtisy of ethical sales practice. By the time you get this far they should have allready come to the conclusion that they will call the store and you will get a new speaker and "maybe the store will Improve their sales/refund policy.

3. On the far far far off chance this doesnt work give me a call and refer to this report and I will definately take care of you. Unfortunately this way the store will still have shoddy sales ethics and declineing costomer base.

Heres a link Straigt to fort worth costomer service/store complaints. The store your reporting is (RadioShack 01-8044 Tomball,TX)
