Complaint Review: Q10 Property Advisors

Shawna Crew and Stephanie Graves (owner) are the most vile, rude and unprofessional property management out there.  They like being nasty to tenants for no reason, then treaten to evict them or have them arrested for no reason.  They have absolutely no skills to be managing anything much less apts.  What they list on their website they can do....is false.  Their computer system was always down, everything was always chaos.  Even the manager of the place hated all of them.  He'd kiss up to them when Shawna was there, but afterwards he'd make rude comments about how unprofessional they are.  Shawna Crew also would call the Black manager "boy".  Really?  Says a lot about Q10 and especially Shawna Crew. If I owned any property, I would never ever hire these women, they're not what they say they are...they don't care about the property, especially the tenants.  They will bully them for no reason.  This will end up costing the owner a lawsuit = $$$.
