You can contact the Nevada State Attorney General regarding legal action they are currently seeking against the Nevada Franchisor - Francare. I started going to Purrfect Auto 3 years ago, I own 3 cars, I can tell you how happy I am of their service, if it wasn't for them 1 of my cars would be a total loss.
I was about to change my transmission, but they offered me an alternative they did a full transmission service, so it was not much money considering the alternative of almost 1300 bucks, My car went from the recommendation of changing the transmission to a working condition car, I have been taking all my other cars to them after that, I have never been so happy, what I've seen is people trying to take advantage of them, but I'll leave that to them.
I can testify of their good work anytime, any place..
