I first went to Purrfect for a transmission fluid flush (I received a coupon which seemed like a good deal at the time). They found a cracked CV boot, and recommended that two of my belts be replaced. I agreed to the services.

A few months later, one of the belts started to squeak, so I came back to Purrfect for an adjustment. At this time, I was told that the transmission fluid needed to be replaced. I refused and told them that it has recently been changed by them, but they insisted that it was dirty (showed me how black it was), and would not let up. I reluctantly agreed, since I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.

Immediately after I got my car back, it started to hesitate when I tried to accelerate, so I took my car to a dealership for a check-out (not wanting to come back to Purrfect since I suspected they had done something to the car). The dealership found that the ignition module was bad and replaced the ignition module and spark plugs. A week later, I also discovered that the AC was no longer working.

I have no direct proof that Purrfect caused the damages, but would never go back to them. During the two times I was there, I noticed that most of the people who came in seemed to be first-time customers who received a coupon in the mail. The lack of repeat customers is a good indication that people are not satisfied with the service. I am planning to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
