I am at 86 1/2 years old and I ordered the product for a family member to lose weight but before I could give her the gift she contracted the virus and passed away I asked for a refund of my money which was over $300 and the company refused to except the return of the product that was still in the package when it was delivered and unused and I need my money back and the company is lying saying that I didn't call during the 60 days warranty.

I called from my home number and the message said the phone was disconnected finally days later after January 3 fourth fifth and sixth I was unable to reach them I called on the sixth from my cell phone and finally they answered and said that the 60 days was passed and they refused to accept  my return and refund my money. And since I am a very senior lady that lives on Social Security my gift to my family member was unable to be delivered because of death and the product was never out of the box it was delivered on 10 November so I need my money back
