publishers clearing house and smart way retailing charged my credit card for magazines that i did not order Wilmington Delaware
Promised to refund 11 charges @19.98 have received 4 refunded to my credit card the other 7 have not been refunded have been going thru this since september 15 th refusing to let me speak to any body hire up in the company . Have not received refund of 139.33 have letters from my bank saying that they are going to refund me also emails
