PSV Health Revelations, PSV Health Sciences, PSV New Market Health, and PSV Nutrition and Healing charged the credit cards of my elderly mother ten (10) times in the span of nine (9) months without explicit knowledge or authorization for reorder.  We do not dispute initial orders, however the company continued a non-stop and abusive pattern of continued charges, even after being requested to stop.  Two specific amounts represented 8 of the 10 charges so the company is apparently charging multiple times for the same unauthorized items. The company(ies) lists different telephone numbers on the credit card statement at various times, despite showing the same merchant name, but also show at least 4 different business names with different phone numbers.  When I called as attorney on 9/26/2013 to get them to stop charging her card, on the first attempt I spoke with Sabrina and was assured we had stopped all future auto-ship from occurring with that conversation.  Additionally she agreed that no order was authorized without consulting me due to their poor record.  The New Market Health group obviously used that as a ruse as they ran another charge on her credit card 12 days after that conversation without consulting me for permission, hence authorization could not have been granted.

In further attempts to contact them, their phone system worked perfectly to take you to the "disputes" area, then amazingly enough their system said it was having difficulty and it hung up on you.  I then sent a certified letter on 11/18/2013 telling them to cease and desist all contact, stop all business, nothing was authorized and stop charging the credit cards.  On January 2, 2014 three new sets of charges that had been disputed months earlier reappeared on a Chase Bank credit card.  Chase colludes in these crimes as they will not honor disputes despite many phone calls, letters, discussions with their representatives, their executive department and even a letter to the state attorney's general office (which was forwarded by the state to the consumer financial protection bureau who works in areas concerning national banks).  Worse yet, Chase insists a victimized cardholder must contact the criminal merchant to request them to refund the unauthorized charge, but even when that is done, Chase refuses to reverse any charges.  It is Chase's position that once that merchant has your card number, they have authority to charge any time they please even if that card is cancelled and a new card with a different number is sent in replacement.

Problem Cleared - but not by New Market Health

After months and months and months of effort the problem was finally cleared via an associated company - Wall Street Daily.  I first attempted through Agora Financial Reserve where I am a lifetime member and they were unable to reach their own sister company (New Market Health) located around the block after MANY attempts.  Wall Street Daily also attempted to reach New Market Health and, again, no one at New Market Health even answered the phone.

The lady at Wall Street Daily deserves the kudos as she stuck with it and even got the credit.  I did promise, and keep my promise, to drop numerous publications within the Bill Bonner empire for the improper billing and nightmare to solve the issue.  Publishers losing business included: Stansberry Publishing, Money Map, Wall Street Daily, Palm Beach Letter - all suffered losses in subscriptions.  I really should have dropped the subscriptions anyway as I had too many too read, however it was the lack of customer service with New Market Health that was the catalyst to take action.
