Complaint Review: PS3 Specialist

PS3 Specialist Reballing Genius LLC PS3 Specialist took my money and PS3, they did not return my item and they will not update me. It's been over 100 days. Rancho Cucamonga California

I sent a PS3 fat for repair back on November 5th 2020 and it is now March 5th. I've contacted this service via email and telephone and I haven't received a response. They still have my video game console. They haven't updated me on any updates since accepting my money. I've submitted many complaints to the following agencies: Federal Trade Commission, BBB of Central California and Inland Empire Counties, Bureau of Household Goods and Services, State of California Department of Justice and Fraud.org
