My story is the same. Promised credit card to improve my credit with "guaranteed" limit of $1000 at 9.9% "for the rest of my life" and I would receive my card two weeks after they received $187. Sounded too good to be true and it was. Should have listened to my gut.
I have contacted company and talked with Maxine, Stephen "supervisior", Frank, Fahad and Melanie and EVERY time I call they say they are waiting on "accounting dept" to give a date of when I might expect my money back. This has been going on for six months. I hope justice will be served to these dishonest people.
