I am a single Mother that has two Children without the benefits of Child support. My credit is not the greatest and when I got a phone call one night that stated I was elgible for a $1,000.00 limit on a Mastercard, I was excited. I asked several times for verification that this was true and they said yes each time I asked. I gave my check information and on March 24, 2003 they took $187.00 out of my account!

I waited on the Mastercard that never came. What came was a packet of offers and information I could have gotten from any financial advisor. I called the Prime One Benefits this afternoon and I was told that I needed to send the package back to the company and it would take 8 - 12 weeks to get my money back. I feel I should get my money back now! They lied, how can I ever believe that I will get my money back from Prime One ever?
