Complaint Review: Prime Construction Services

A while back my wife and I hired a very reputable builder out of Saratoga Springs to build us a house. The builder assigned Paul Young as site manager. The project was going fine until we kept getting hit with cost over runs. Because the cost over runs were in the thousands we experessed our concerns to Paul Young and he said he would see what he could do about it all. Two weeks later we received an invoice for another miscalculated estimate. We spoke to the owner of the company and he graciously made it right. We have great respect for the builder as he has contributed to our community in so many ways and has helped us with the construction matters, but Mr. Young is another story.

We were not surprised to learn that Mr. Young is no longer employed by the builder and has started his own construction company (Prime Construction Saratoga).  We were also not surprised that his invester is Robert Moser. Moaher's company (Morgan RV) was sued by the Attorney Generals for strong arming elderly people in his RV parks. The story was reported in the Saratogian and other news sources. His company has also filed bankruptcy while he continues buying other companies. Sounds like a ponze scheme to me. He now has another company called Prime Group Holdings. Sounds a lot like Prime Construction.
