Bought a puppy from Vory Anderson which he told me it would be shipped by Premium Relocators but after to get the puppy shipped I would have to send them more money to get ins which they told me most of the money would be refunded when. The puppy was delivered i questioned it and they sent me refund contract signed by James Madison the director showing me how much refund i would receive upon sending them the extra money i texted the breeder and he said he would make sure the puppy was shipped needless to say after Numerus texting a emails with no response the puppy was never shipped
