Complaint Review: Premier Opera

Premier Opera I returned an unplayable recording several times, finally they offered a refund, however the never gave me one.

I have order several operatic recording and all but one were fine.  I returned it and the next one was unplayable and the next one too.  Finally they offerd me a refund, I gave them the proper credit card information for the refund, but it never came.  I know it is a small amount, but you must keep your word.  Relationships are the most important part of a business, they lost mine over a small amount.
