Premier Motor Company repoed my car on 12/2/2022. When I contacted the company, they told me the car didn't have insurance. I called them the day I got the policy because the insurance representative (Chasity)from Acceptance Insurance told me to call them that day. She also faxed them a copy of the insurance policy showing proof. Chasity's number at Acceptance Insurance is 803-585-0035.

The lady at Premier Motor Company (Janet) told me that if they could verify that I had insurance the day the repo letter went out, they would release my car. My best friend heard the conversation on three-way, and Janet said she never said that. She also lied and said I never contacted her to provide them with the insurance policy.

Chasity from Acceptance even reminded them that this happened to another customer where they didn't get the fax, but they didn't care. They wanted the $250 or no car. I have been scammed for a second time by this company. It's not right! We cannot allow others to take advantage of good people. 

I missed work because of this and my blood pressure is elevated because I provided them with the proof. This always happens when I change my insurance providers, and they find a way to use the policy against me even when they were provided the proof.
