Practicesight.com, practice Sight, Rose Trench ripoff, Dishonest, Fraud Phoenix Arizona
I called Ms. Rose Trench who works or operates the web site www.practicesight.com for finding a medical job for J-1 visa. She received my resume and called me in 1-2 weeks saying that she found a good job in Florida, and asked me to send her a check of 500$ and she will mail me in return the details for the interview.
I sent her the money and I waited for her to call back. She never did. I called her many times but did not answer back. When I finally reached her, I hoped that she can find another job in other area if it was not possible in Florida. She said she will try but did not answer back. I asked her to return my money back but I did not get anything from her. She kept escaping from answering her phone. Apparently, she have made a big attractive web site for finding jobs for medical staff but all she does is taking your money. Be carefull. I advise you not to go for business with her.
I hope you do not go into the same problem I went.
Thank you for the ripoffreport to allow costumers to express their experience when the law cannot protect them for their honesty.

A FULL Refund was offered. It's been 4 years. What else is a company to do?

This is my second rebuttal. This physician has been offered a full refund from the beginning. It's been 4 years. The doctor has not sent a request for a refund or a copy of his cancelled check. What else can a company do? We are very serious about customer service.

J1 visa physician recruitment program
#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

I regret if we failed to find a J1 visa position for this physician.
J1 visa physician jobs program was cancelled last year. We offered a CV (resume)fax marketing program to physician specialty practices in the J1 area. We followed up with phone calls to find an open opportunity for the J1 visa physician. The practices contacted the physicans directly. We could not monitor whether a physician found a position through this program because we had no involvement in the recruitment process.
I checked our records and have found two J1 visa physicians back on 6/10/03 and 7/12/03 had requested this service before it was terminated. A Pediatric Anesthesiology J1 visa physician and a Anesthesiology J1 visa physician which made it very difficult to find positions for them. (Neither of these physicians are from NY.)
Primary care positions are mainly available for J1 visa physicians and they are limited to the State Conrad 30 program, (The physician must be a primary care physician applying for a waiver to work in a HPSA or MUA designated by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.).
If a request for a refund was sent to us, I have not been able to locate it. Please send us a copy of request for a refund and the cancelled check and we will be happy to make a refund.
