Complaint Review: The Potato Reset

I was able to meet and speak with the author Jeannine Elder, about her cookbook and weight loss guide.  She claims it has helped with her Hashimoto's disease, but according to several medical websites, including Baptist Health, potatos are among the worst foods for Hashimoto's (https://www.baptisthealth.com/blog/family-health/hashimoto-s-thyroiditis-diet-best-worst-food-list) 

She admitted to not creating many of the recipes in the book.  Many of her recipes came from High Carb Hannah (https://www.facebook.com/highcarbhannah)

Jeannine has even admitted to not being able to stay on her own plan and has sought out other weight loss programs.    Her book has no certified dietary / nutritionalist endoresments.  She even posted a review of the work herself as a way to deceive people into seeing positive reviews.  

Do not buy this book or plan.  Consult a doctor before starting any weight loss program.
