Complaint Review: Popcorn Factory

Popcorn Factory Didn't issue refund despite having a cancellation code. Company kept stalling with excuses. Internet

Cancelled my order on 10/20. Recieved a cancellation confirmation number, but haven't received my credit almost 3 weeks later.  I keep calling the company and keep getting excuses.   I am not sure what is going on, but I would avoid the popcorn factory . They aren't true to their word. It is impossible to get a legitamite cancellation refund.  They are nice when I call, but nothing changes.
