After winter storm Uri devastated the entire state of Texas, we ordered a replacement pump (~$700) from them online.  At the time, they assured us they had one in stock, charged our credit card immediately and then...nothing. I've been calling and emailing them daily since for 10 days since then to see if it had shipped, and kept being told that it would, that it was ready to ship, that it was just waiting for UPS pick up, etc., only to be told today that actually, they never had any, never intended to ship it, and to get one will now take 8-10 weeks because basically all of TX needs new pool equipment. Now I'm fighting to try to get a refund.

They rarely answer their phones, don't respond to phone messages, and only respond to email inquiries after several days. Avoid this company at all costs.
