he ,takes an add out on criagslist my brothers and my son answered the ad i and my brother were hired as cooks at $10 an hour my other brother was a server my son a dishwasher i recieved a check on 4-23-14 cashed it np was recently paid on 5-6-14 and went to cash it at his bank. and they told me there wasn't enough funds i approched him and he told me that he had made a deposit the evening before so went back the next day samething no funds ,approched him again he told me that the depsit was made went back the 3rd day no funds
he had a court date on 5-8-14 at bradley county criminal court for passing bad checks all over town to vendors and employess he was staying at knights inn on paul huff pwky.in cleveland tennessee on the day of his court date he checked out and purchased a greyhound bus ticket to god knows where to start another scam so if you see an add on craigslist and it says to ask for terry be careful this man is scum plain and simple. i took my check to the bradley county sheriffs dept and i intend to prosacute him if this happens please report this waste of life to your local law enforcement
