This product does not work, I used the first three vials and there was no difference. I felt the tightening but that was it other than leaving dark circles in the areas where the cream was there was no difference in appearance of undereye bags or smile lines. I applied lotion to my face after 30 minutes and the tightening diminished as well. I am requesting a full refund. Very disappointing
